How We Deliver
How we match support professionals.
Before personal care begins, we conduct a comprehensive intake to understand your routine, preferences, cultural needs, medical considerations and the people in your household. We then identify support professionals from our team who fit those requirements.
You meet a proposed support professional before they start. If the match is not right, we keep looking. Compatibility is the foundation.
Once matched, we prioritise continuity: same support professional, same time, same approach, as much as practically possible.
