Donation Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern donations made to Neta Care Holistic Health Services Limited ("Neta Care", "we", "us", "our"), a registered not-for-profit and Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) organisation in Australia. By making a donation, you agree to these terms.
1. The Donation
1.1 Donations made through nchhs.org.au are accepted in Australian dollars (AUD) and processed securely through our payment partner.
1.2 Donations of two dollars (AUD $2.00) or more are tax deductible for Australian taxpayers under current Australian Taxation Office (ATO) rules.
1.3 A tax-deductible receipt will be issued via email to the address provided at the time of donation, typically within 60 minutes of successful payment.
2. Use of Funds
2.1 As a registered NFP, all surplus from donations is reinvested directly into our charitable purposes: support services, staff development and community care.
2.2 Donations are pooled across the organisation. Where a donation is made in response to a specific campaign or appeal (for example, "Stand with Care"), funds raised will be applied to the broad purposes of that campaign. We do not earmark funds to specific individuals named in campaign creative.
2.3 Neta Care reserves the right to direct funds where they will achieve the greatest impact for the people we serve, consistent with our charitable purposes.
3. Payment Processing
3.1 Donations are processed by our authorised payment provider. Card details are never stored on Neta Care servers.
3.2 You authorise the charge to your nominated card or account at the amount displayed at the time of donation.
3.3 Recurring (monthly) donations will continue until cancelled by you. To cancel a recurring donation, contact [email protected].
4. Refunds
4.1 Donations are generally non-refundable. Where a donation has been made in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount), please contact [email protected] within 14 days of the donation date.
4.2 Refunds, where granted, will be returned to the original payment method.
4.3 Where a tax-deductible receipt has been issued for a donation that is later refunded, the receipt is voided and a notice will be issued.
5. Personal Information
5.1 Personal information collected at the time of donation (name, email, contact details, donation amount) is used to process the donation, issue a tax receipt and communicate about Neta Care's work.
5.2 We will not sell, lease or trade your information.
5.3 You may opt out of donor communications at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

6. Anonymous Giving
6.1 You may choose to donate anonymously. Anonymous donors will not be acknowledged publicly. A tax receipt is still issued where contact details are provided.
7. Recognition
7.1 Neta Care may, at its discretion, recognise donors in campaign materials, annual reports or other publications. You may opt out of public recognition at the time of donation or at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms
9.1 These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at /donation-terms with the last updated date shown at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
