About Neta Care
Proudly Not-for-Profit, Care before profit, always.
As a registered not-for-profit, Neta Care Holistic Health Services reinvests all surplus directly into support services, staff development, and community care.
Empowering People — Not Profits
Is it Care if it's not Neta Care?
Is it Care if it's not Neta Care? At Neta Care Holistic Health Services, we are proud to be a registered not-for-profit organisation. This means every dollar we receive is reinvested directly into enhancing support, expanding services, and improving outcomes for our participants, not distributed to shareholders or owners.
Our wide range of allied health and disability services is delivered with a deep commitment to dignity, compassion, and personalised care. From day-to-day support to long-term programs, our mission is clear: to improve lives through community-driven, person-centred services.
Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive future because people always come first.
"We see the gap from the frontline. We have been filling it because people matter. That gap cannot be carried forever by providers alone."
Neta Care Leadership
OUR Language
Support professionals, not support workers.
The sector calls them support workers. We don't. At Neta Care, every person who delivers care to a participant is a support professional. The language is not cosmetic. It reflects how we hire, train, supervise and respect the people doing this work.
Support professionals are trained. They are qualified. They are accountable. They have careers, not just shifts. They are skilled at building trust, navigating complex needs and making the difference between care that maintains a person and care that transforms a life.
The work is too important for the words to be careless. So we choose ours carefully.
How we hire, train and pay our team is downstream of one decision: that the people doing this work are professionals, and the way we speak about them should reflect that.
Who We Are
Built by people who have lived the work.
Neta Care was founded by a group of practitioners, leaders and community members with deep experience in health, disability, faith and community sectors.

NFP Transition
Becoming a registered not for profit.
Neta Care is transitioning to a registered not for profit structure. This change locks in our founding commitment: that care comes before profit, structurally and legally. DGR endorsement means donations are tax deductible, supporting our work where the funding system leaves a gap.
Centacare Transition
An active transition is underway for clients moving from Centacare to Neta Care. We are committed to a smooth, dignified handover with no break in care.
