How quickly can support start?

For NDIS participants with active plans, support can usually begin within 1 to 2 weeks of initial enquiry, sometimes sooner for urgent needs.

Will I have the same support professional?

We prioritise consistency. Where consistency is not possible (illness, leave) you are told in advance and matched with someone briefed on your preferences.

Can I change my support professional if it is not the right fit?

Yes. Compatibility is the foundation. If a match is not working, we work with you to find a better one.
