A Home Care Package is government-subsidised funding for older Australians to access in-home support services. There are four levels (1 to 4) based on assessed need.

How We Deliver
How we manage your package.
Once you choose Neta Care as your Support at Home provider, we sign a Home Care Agreement setting out your services, costs and rights. We then conduct an initial assessment to design your care plan.
Each month you receive a clear statement showing services delivered, package management fees and remaining balance. No hidden fees, no contract lock-ins.
As a not-for-profit, our package management fees are transparent and surplus is reinvested in care quality. We do not have shareholders to pay.
