Approved provider for Home Care Packages Levels 1 to 4. We help you design the supports that
match your goals, then deliver and manage them — so you stay independent at home,
on your terms.
What an HCP Is
A flexible aged care budget.
A Home Care Package is a flexible budget for older Australians with ongoing care needs. There are four levels, with Level 4 for people with the most complex needs.
You choose your provider — that's us, if you'd like. You decide, with your case manager, what supports to use the package on. The provider delivers the services and accounts for the funds.

Help to get out, see family, attend appointments, stay social.
Equipment & modifications
Aids, equipment and minor home modifications.
Case Management
A single point of contact.
Every HCP at Neta Care comes with a dedicated case manager who knows your situation, manages your budget, coordinates your support team and handles communication with My Aged Care, GPs and family. One person, one number, who knows you.
Cost & Fees
Transparent pricing.
We don't charge a basic daily fee. Many providers do — we absorb it.
Income-tested care fee. Determined by Services Australia based on your assessable income. Many people pay nothing.
Care management and package management fees. These come out of the package itself — we publish our fees in your Home Care Agreement so there are no surprises.
Getting Started
How to engage Neta Care for your package.
1. ACAT approval. If you don't yet have one, call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to request an ACAT assessment.
2. Receive your package. When a package is assigned, you receive a referral code from My Aged Care.
3. Choose Neta Care. Give us your referral code and we arrange a Home Care Agreement.
4. Design your supports. Your case manager works with you to design the right support mix.
5. Start receiving services. Usually within 1 to 2 weeks of agreement.
