Household help that keeps
a home running.
When the basics of running a household are getting hard, household services keep things
ticking over — cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation and gardening.
Funded through NDIS, aged care and DVA.
What We Do
Household tasks we help with.
Cleaning
Regular cleaning of the home — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming.
Laundry
Washing, drying, ironing, changing bed linen

Meal preparation
Help to prepare meals at home — including support to cook alongside you if that's the goal.
Shopping
Grocery shopping with you, or on your behalf if preferred.
Gardening
Basic garden maintenance, lawn care, rubbish removal. Major gardening may be quoted separately.
Errands
Post office, pharmacy, banking and other small errands.
How It Works
A consistent support professional.
The same support professional comes back most weeks. They learn your home, your preferences and your routines.
You're not retraining a new person every visit.
If your regular support professional is on leave, we plan back-up in advance — never random fill-ins on the day.
Funding
How household services are funded.
INDIS. Core Supports — Assistance with Household Tasks. Funded where the participant can't do these tasks independently due to their disability.
Aged Care. Through Home Care Packages and CHSP — Domestic Assistance.
DVA. White and Gold Card holders.
A Note on Skill Building
Doing for, or doing with.
For some participants, household services are about getting tasks done. For others, the goal is building skills so they can do more themselves over time. Tell us which one you want — and your support professional will adjust their approach.
