Psychology
Mental health support,
properly delivered.
Registered psychologists supporting individuals, families and couples. Evidence-based therapy for mental health, psychosocial recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression and life transitions.
Mental health needs change over the course of a life. Sometimes the work is short. Sometimes the work is long. What makes therapy effective is the relationship and the rigour of the approach.
Our psychologists are AHPRA registered. They use evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, trauma-focused approaches, family therapy) and tailor the work to what the client actually needs.
