Your NDIS budget, professionally managed.
Plan management means we pay your providers, track your budget and give you clear
visibility on every dollar. Funding for plan management is added to your NDIS plan at
no cost to your other supports.
What Plan Management Is
A simple explanation.
When you have a plan-managed NDIS plan, you choose the providers you want to work with — registered or non-registered — and your plan manager pays their invoices for you. We track your budget, claim against your plan, and give you regular reports.
Plan management combines the flexibility of self-management with the simplicity of NDIA-management. You still have choice and control, without the paperwork.

Invoice payment
We pay your providers within 5 business days of receiving a valid invoice. No more chasing payments.
Budget tracking
Real-time visibility on what's been spent, what's left and what's coming up in each support category.
NDIS claims
We claim against your plan through the NDIS portal, so you don't have to.
Statements
Monthly statements showing every transaction, by provider and category.
Provider liaison
We sort out invoice errors, missing details and quote queries directly with your providers.
Budget guidance
If your spending pattern suggests a budget will run short, we tell you — early enough to act.
What It Costs
Free to participants.
Plan management funding is added to your NDIS plan as a separate amount — it does not come out of your other support budgets. The NDIA pays Neta Care directly. The service is free to you.
If your current plan doesn't include plan management funding, you can request it at your next plan reassessment, or sometimes mid-plan through a Plan Change Request.
Switching to Neta Care
Easy to change.
You can change plan managers at any time. We handle the handover from your current plan manager and your providers don't notice any disruption to payments. Call us to discuss the switch.
