Sensory & emotional regulation
Sensory processing assessment and strategies for children and adults.
Fine & gross motor
Hand skills, handwriting, coordination, mobility, return-to-play after injury.
Assistive technology
Assessment and prescription of aids and equipment, with NDIS funding submissions.
Home modification
Minor and major home modification assessments, designs and contractor liaison.
Functional Capacity Assessments
FCAs and other reports for NDIS plan reassessments, aged care, DVA, return-to-work.
Falls prevention
Home safety assessment, equipment, environmental modifications for older Australians.
Cognitive rehabilitation
Post-stroke, post-ABI, age-related cognitive change. Strategies to manage daily activities.
Return to work / school
Worksite assessments, school visits, graded return planning.
How It Works
From referral to outcome.
1. Initial conversation. Tell us the situation, the goals and the funding.
2. Assessment. In your home, our clinic, your child's school, or via telehealth.
3. Plan. A therapy plan with measurable goals, agreed with you (and family).
4. Therapy & intervention. Regular sessions, equipment trials, home strategies, family coaching.
5. Review & reports. Progress reviews and reports for plan reassessment, ACAT, return-to-work or insurer.
Funding
How OT is funded.
NDIS. Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living, and Capital Supports for equipment and modifications.
Aged Care. Home Care Packages and CHSP allied health.
DVA. White and Gold Card holders.
Medicare. Up to 5 sessions per year under Chronic Disease Management with GP referral.
Workers' compensation, CTP, private health. Accepted with appropriate authorisation.
